They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
