I've had an average experience with this neurologist, made worse by a less-than-helpful support staff. Appointments generally are very brief, and consist of little more than answering a few questions about how I've been feeling. Support staff largely unhelpful -- for example, in attempting to renew a prescription, I was asked to provide the name of the medication and the precise dosage. I provided the name of the medication, and related that my dose was "six capsules per day" -- but I was uncertain about whether these capsules were 50mg or 100mg each. The support staff absolutely refused to open my file to see what had been prescribed. When asked why they would not do so, I was told, "Well, then we would have to do it for case after case after case." Given the amount the patient pays for medical treatment, you might think that a simple answer would be provided, but I was told that the order came from the doctor himself, who does not want the hassle of looking it up.
