Vargas' clinic is as rip off. I will not go there ever again. I went in for a health check which as needed to for me to go abroad. I filled in all the information, he asked about 3 questions, and that was it. I needed the documents signed in blue ink, and he charged me $40 because they had to look for one. Abominable. I did not have health insurance at the time and had to pay over $100 for the office visit. They had the nerve to charge $40 for finding a pen.
