I really needed to know a lot more than what I got out of that appointment. They wanted almost $1500 upfront (pre any work) and questioned why l wouldnt pay the whole amount..They also took 5 x-rays and charged for an exam which was not performed.I find Dr Smith very condesending and critical of my oral care He doesnt realize the some individuals just have soft/more prone to decay teeth from birth He is a good dentist medically but he needs to think of others and not put them down He is dental obsessed but most people have more medical issues to worry about than their teeth When l said I wanted to prioritize my treatment plan due to a fixed income, they were not happy. They recommended a whole bunch of dental procedures that I didn't think were necessary, even after I told them I wasn't interested. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. I thought that everyone on the staff was very nice and friendly.(beside the pushy receptionist) I did feel welcomed during my visit by the dental assistant

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.

Pat has been taking care of my teeth for way more than 20 years and always consistently superior. He has a great gentle touch and makes me feel comfortable. He has never done any unnecessary work. I trust him explicitly.
