This office has some amazing providers and receptionist staff. The big concern that I have for other patients that go to this office, is the care that they would need to receive from the office manager there. The woman that is the supposed office manager is never there, and when she is there, she is never available to take a phone call or meet with anyone. I truly feel sorry for the staff at this facility because they all work so hard and care so much for patients that go to this facility but have to deal with the recourse of not having proper staff. Great job to the staff that get paid the least but do all the work.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
