They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. I was hoping they would give me some sort of local anesthetic during my procedure, but when I asked them for some, they didn't even respond. It didn't feel like they cared very much about my level of comfort. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem.
