EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I get the feeling that I should take care of the problem myself. This provider exacerbated the problem and made no effort to get my view on things. I don't think they care at all about my concerns. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. They should've taken the time to make sure my concerns were addressed and they did not.

They gave me a little information about fees and payment plans before my treatment, but not enough. I wish they had gone over it more thoroughly with me. I probably would have decided to not do the treatment. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. But they will charge you a lot and then when i called the dentist and office staff they would not return the call or were suddenly rude.
