I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. I noticed that the waiting room chairs were pretty average at this office. Nothing too luxurious but not bad. I was disappointed mostly how I was treated by the staff. I arrived at my appointment early, after waiting until 10 just before my appointment time I went to the front desk where I was ignored and made to feel like I was in ther wrong for asking what was going on. I was then given paperwork I had arrived early to fill out., by that time it was15 mins past my appointment time. I have called about test results a good week after the test were drawn the Medical assistant , hat answer the do not make an effect to try to help. I know the provider has other patients, but I just want to know the answer to she does not have to sound so disinterested . Not impressed, the first chance I have to change providers I will because of the treament I received from the staff. By the way I am an active duty Air Force, I was in uniform at the time.
