They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Dr K will ALWAYS give you all the time you need and is VERY understanding and knowledgable to one's circumstances.
