I would give Dr. Jeffrey Lee five stars. He seems very caring and took the time to thoroughly listen and explain. He was detailed and made sure that I understoodon't clearly. He also answered all of my questions concisely. Securing an appointment was not the easiest because the staff does not return phone calls (minus 1 star) . Waiting for 45 minutes after my appointment time to be seen was kind of a pain. He was able to take an x-ray on site and review it with me in just a matter of minutes. I appreciate that! I will have cervical spine fusion surgery in the near future and I am not concerned because Dr. Lee seems to know his stuff....I'll be in good hands!
