The chairs in the waiting room were standard. Very limite choice on reading material..

Dr. Jan does follow up with patients and is very proactive.

My only complaint is difficulty contacting her office by phone, but that's due to a very, very busy schedule. I know I can walk in anytime if I have something urgent.

I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
