The office is all about CHARGING YOU - the patient EVERYTHING they can think of versus what you actually need. The best way to describe the Dentist is rude and antisocial. I had 3 fillings and regret it. I now have pain which I have never experienced. The staff nor the dentist discuss anything about your treatment; pros and cons; options with the patient. They try to convince you that a $62 cancer screening of the gums is necessary (I have NEVER been asked to take that screening by any previous dentist) and to buy a $89 electric toothbrush. This office is about hitting numbers and rushing service - not patient's dental healthcare. They accept every kind of health coverage but have no idea what the insurance will actually paying = patient overpays. Not to mention they do not floss your teeth or give you a toothbrush and floss for free the way it is customarily done in other offices I have been. Save yourself the headache and money. BEWARE - do not believe the positive reviews; I think the staff might be the ones writing them. I went twice and will not be returning. Terrible experience.

Coast Dental Apopka charged me so many fees after cleaning only a quarter of my mouth , I could not afford to to do even half of what I needed done, I have really good insurance and two other dentists offered the same services as coast dental with out the fees they charged me.

The only problem is now I have to pay for a whole new exam , new x-rays even though I bought my x-rays from coast the new dentist says their equipment was so out dated they can not even make out the x-rays.

Not to mention the 1/4 of my mouth that they did clean has to be completely re-done. This Dentist office only offers low quality services, but it comes at a huge price more than 3X what I was quoted from two other dental offices. I wish I would have done my homework before I got stuck with such a big bill for nothing but a huge headache and waste of time.

Also no matter who you talk to, from the manager to their corporate customer relations or their district manager "they all have the same mind set (get all the money you can from the customer). They do not care if you are unhappy as long as they get their money from the unnecessary fees they charged.

Do yourself a favor go somewhere else. I wish I never chose this dental office, it has been THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
