No person is thrilled being on the receiving end of a root canal. That said, my experience was excellent. Office staff worked to reduce the pain of expenses and adjusted the schedule to accommodate issues. Technicians had booth a sense of humor but more importantly, worked hand and glove with the doctor. They prepped you in advance for each step in the process. Dr. Liu likewise before starting the procedure, left no questions to be answered but before proceeding made clear I was comfortable with expectations. During the entire procedure, in a calm, steady, reassuring voice, explained his next step. Upon completion, he again provided a through recap with expectations and resolution options should matters surface. My nun in Catholic elementary school gave gold, sticky stars for best accomplishments'. Dr. Liu and team earned theirs today.

Had a root canal ONE MONTH ago and still have horrible pain. Problem is much worse than now then it was then. I felt like no one believed me when I complained. I have had to see a periodontist twice, my primary care doctor, and even an ear, nose, and throat specialist to get the problem addressed. I would NEVER go there again!!!
