Horrible, he made me extract/ remove multiple permanent teeth that normally should not be removed - including 1 canine (these should NEVER be removed), instead of using a mouth expander. Today, I am missing teeth and still have an asymmetric mouth due to this.

He persistently excessively shaved between my teeth (and my sister's teeth), and so damaged them, which caused me to get fillings in both. Shaving teeth was one of his favorite procedures which he ALWAYS used.

In the end, he failed to straighten my teeth, so I had to get braces again later. Today, I keep getting dental procedures to fix the dental problems that he caused me. He should be sued.

Office wait hour is 1 hour+. Office is extremely overcrowded and loud by families, kids, a ton of people at all times. It's like being in a zoo. Even booking any appointment is difficult.

I chose Dr. Deleo because he not only has decades of experience but also because he was affordable. I originally visited a different orthodontist in Stamford and he was extremely 'sales-y' and quoted me over a thousand dollars more for adult braces than Dr. Deleo. I find it easy to communicate with Dr. Deleo, he is amicable, friendly, and he always answers my questions. I moved farther away from his office so now he makes time to see me outside of his regular business hours. Thanks to Dr. Deleo I now have straight teeth and I am a happy patient.
