They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
The staff is wonderful and Dr. McCarthy is the best
