Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. Was trying so hard to make that 8:45 a.m. appt. that left bag of meds. on bar at home. Receptionist was very rude and would not see us, and it was just for his cholesterol
