They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
