The center is okay but there are better ones elsewhere. They are very inconvenient with scheduling. The only reason that I say this is because they scheduled my appointments in the morning which is right when I have my Honours Chemistry class. Both my mom and I told them that that time is the worst because I struggle in that class and I have a failing grade. When I missed my appointment 3 months ago, they yelled at me and my mother the next time that I came in and told me that the next time that I missed that they would no longer see me and they also added another 8 months on to treatment. I also had a slight problem with the dentist. This happened when they told us that I just needed a sealant and that I would be out in 25 minutes or less. Well they called my mom back there and told her that it would actually take them at least an hour because I needed a filling on a tooth that they were going to have pulled. They then proceeded to start drilling and did not numb me. It was only when the dentist told me to raise my hand for numbing meds, that I received them and they did not wait long enough for the meds to work because they went right back to their work and I felt everything. They were very grabby on my head and started moving it in positions that were very uncomfortable. They told me to hold still which is what I did the entire time. I'm not saying that this place is bad, it just needs to work on scheduling and being nicer to kids. On the plus side, they are very nice and know you by name and they have a nice little play area. I wouldn't say don't go there, just be cautious if you do go there.
