I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.
