Dr Knechtel has taken care of two root canals for me. I do not get numb easily so I am not an easy patient. He is gentle and great with a needle. By far one the best Dentists I have ever been to and I have been to a lot. (I have bad teeth) I was able to relax very easily. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I am not sure why someone would give this office such a bad rating, maybe they themselves were having a bad day.
