It only took me one visit to feel absolutely comfortable and completely satisfied. Every single person in the building is genuinely kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely approachable! It felt like I had been a patient of theirs for years.

As far as services rendered during my visit, I could not be more pleased. I have only ever had one other cleaning in my life as thorough as I had here. Dr. Caulfield and his staff had zero trouble explaining everything in a way that would be understandable by anybody, and even explained some things I had never heard of before at any other dentist I've been to.

As for the facility, I don't know what I can say to give it justice. Everything is neat, clean and state of the art (from what I can tell, obviously I'm not a dentist), they have new machines that nobody has ever used on me before, and they made things much easier than I ever remember anywhere else.

If you're looking for a great dentist, go see Dr. Caulfield and his staff!

I was completely satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. I am lucky to have found such a great dentist. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I had read the other reviews and think it's funny that someone said the "Dr.'s cologne didn't smell very good". Dr. Caulfield doesn't even wear cologne! I wonder if that person even visited their office, beacuse if they had they'd know their one the best offices out there. They are located in a very safe neighborhood and the office and staff is ALWAYS inviting and comfortable. I would highly recommend this office for anyone who wants a very friendly, well-trained staff and state-of-the-art dentistry and equipment. THIS GROUP IS AMOUNG THE BEST-A 5 star facility no doubt!!
