The support staff really sucks here. The first time I called someone with a Jamaican accent put me on hold for 20 minutes before I finally hung up. Called again and she did the same thing. Finally got someone who cared about new patients and she arranged for my appointment. Dr. Bunch is like a fine aged scotch whiskey. It takes some time to get used to him but once you do, he demonstrates excellent diagnostic skills. In my case, I mentioned an affliction in passing and he immediately diagnosed the problem and prescribed a medication that cured it with one application. This was a problem I had for months and had been to other doctors without success. When you first visit with him, he seems cold and uncaring but then I realized that he was extremely analytical taking copious notes and he was focused on diagnosing the problem. He also recommended lab tests and suggested that I use their lab facility. With hesitation I decided to try it since it was geographically convenient. I arrived at the appointed hour on the appointed day and the staff just ignored me. After 45 minutes I was told that it would be a bit longer (after I asked what the xxxx was going on?) due to logistics issues. At that point I ask for a Quest lab prescription and the Quest lab on Suntree Road completed the test within 10 minutes after my arrival. If Dr. Bunch and Omni could get his staff trained, this could be a great medical provider.
