Dr. Kellen has NO bedside manner. He doesn't listen to his patients' concerns, he is rude, and he is flippant. I will never walk back into Live Oak Medical to see him again.

I definitely don't trust his advice. He's only concerned about himself. I was shocked when he dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that he wouldn't even look into it. Dr. Kellan definitely doesn't have a good professional reputation within the community. Everyone knows he's not trustworthy at all. It's shocking how little he seems to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The doctor is incredibly rude and seems to care more about himself. I wish I was able to give him zero stars.
