THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN SEND YOU OUT THE DOOR WITH NO WORK DONE, JUST A REFERRAL!
They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. Not only did I not receive any sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home, they rushed me out the door. It seemed like they couldn't wait for me to leave. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid.
