The doctor is just fine. I have no complaints with her. She's great. Unfortunately she left the office. I will miss her. BUT I will not miss her office, her staff. They are horrible. Im sorry to say. They made me wait over an hour to give me prescription. Another time they called an interpreter when I did not request one. I've been going there for over 10 years and this was the first time they did this and claimed it was the law. It isn't the law unless I ask for one. They wasted their money as I sent the interpreter away. Also I had blood work done and I havent heard from them for 2 months. I called them a month later and they said they mailed it. Not true. Then a month later they say that they just got the results and is waiting for the doctor to review it! 2 months later!?!? I'm going to switch doctors. My mother went there once for UTI and they forgot to call her with the results while she suffered with the symptoms waiting for them to call her. Horrible. The staff/office is horrible. No respect to the patients. The doctors/nurses however are great.
