One star is being far too kind. Went in for a scheduled appt with all information as he was one of the only ones that accept my boyfriend’s insurance. Did not have films from ER as the appt was scheduled late afternoon the day before the appt. Was told insurance was verified the night before and the co-pay would be 30.00. During the visit, staff informed us that they would need to collect the OOP ($111.00) visit as the deductible was not met, even though the night before, we were told 30.00 for the co-pay. Because we did not have the films, doctor would not see us; although they could have called physician to physician at the hospital to get the information. Staff said they worked by referrals only, even though his insurance does not require him to have referrals. Staff was unaware that I've worked in healthcare for almost 15 years and know the process. Forced to cancel our visit with no relief or answers for my boyfriend regarding his knee. Would not recommend this physician only based on the treatment by his rude, unknowledgeable and inept staff.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
