They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. On top of that Dr. Yuan had a cough and even though he had a mask around his neck, coughed just after he told me open my mouth, without pulling up the mask!! Then, despite being on a DHMO that pays for office visits, sent me a bill for $5.00 for an office visit that they have yet to correct. They did nothing useful or productive.

I've been going here for years (20) and have been treated by the entire family. Very friendly to my family as well. I can walk in off the street with out an appointment and they take care of me.
