They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. Dr. Skarvinko goes above and beyond to find the cause of my son's issues where other providers might dismiss them. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I was a little disappointed with how uninviting the examining rooms were. They should have made more of an effort to make the examining rooms inviting to children.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
