I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
