Dr. Burstein is kind, thoughtful in his approach to your medical issue and clear in his solutions. He has treated two parts of my body, unfortunately both twice because of MY body, not his surgical techniques. His bedside manner is bar none, his genuine caring come straight from his heart. A gem among seriously intelligent, competent people (other surgeons), but with a warmth and caring I've never seen matched. At least get an opinion from this doctor, I can't say enough...

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
