Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed . I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else.

The staff is friendly, Dr. Steckler doesn't seem to care about his patients though and doesn't listen. He also didn't treat the staff well at all. They were very rude and demanding and I could tell the staff was miserable.
