They make no effort to follow up even though the treatment prescribed isn't working and I've tried 3 separate times during treatment to call and beg for help for up to 5 days each time and not received any call back.

I really felt comfortable and secure in their care. The equipment was safe and well taken care of and appeared to be pretty sophisticated. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
