I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. As a side note, on my way to the appointment I was worried that I must have gotten wrong directions because I was practically out in the boondocks by the time I reached their building. I almost turned around because I was sure I must have passed their office, but to my surprise it was just really inconveniently located. I don't think they have any qualifications! There definitely wasn't anything displayed. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction.
