I went in for a cleaning and was only given Xrays. I suppose this was so they could bill my ins co. I was told I needed an out of pocket deep clean rather than a normal cleaning. This could be done in 2 sessions, each costing 270.00. I was ALSO told I had 8 cavities. I scheduled with a MUCH nicer Dentist office b/c I was afterall needing a cleaning. Now since this Dentist office billed my Ins previously for the Xrays the Dentist whom I went to for a 2nd opinion requested that I get the ones Dr Nordesdts had in his office. When I called and asked if I could come by and pick them up they were VERY rude to me. They ALSO made me pay out of pocket even though Ins was filed. Let Me NOT forget to mention I HAVE NO CAVITIES!!! 3 Days ago I called asking for my refund and was once again TREATED VERY POORLY!! I have filed a complaint with the BBB. The staff is EXTREMELY RUDE!!!

Never have to wait, friendly staff, nice office. I have had everything from cleanings to whitening, with the occasional filling...I really do not think I could use another practice. Highly recommended for anyone who needs a doctor in the Mobile area.
