I went there for an emergency. The dentist could not assist because he felt it would put him at risk. I paid for a temporary fixture that looked nothing like what I needed. Staff tried to justify the partial but as a non medical person I had no idea what those numbers for the replacement meant. The staff even tried to question me on how old my bridge work was. My feelings really got hurt. Hundreds of dollars gone. Will find a dentist that cares about the individual’s appearance and not just their well-being. I fell awful. I talked to someone the day before the appointment and told the person on the line that I was not satisfied with the service an I would share these concerns when I get there the next day.

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure.
