Worst doctor it has ever been my misfortune to run across. Told me I had a diabetic ulcer and that I was going to lose my foot without even seeing it.. (It was a small hangnail) He told me I would be dead in five years of a horrible death. All that just from reading a piece of paper. He is rude, condescending, and downright unprofessional. Skip this doctor and find a doctor who isn't just interested in what he can bill your insurance for.
Once you enter the door you are not greeted just directed to fill out forms. It was apparent that getting your copayment was the most important thing at that moment. We of course waited 15-20 min past your appointment time to get called back.
Once nurse comes out to get you. they call your name and they really seem like you are putting them out. They don't greet you and really don't seem to care that you are there. Once in the room they give directives instead of asking. They are not welcoming or friendly. Then you sit. There is two doctors and a nurse practitioner. They male doctor has no bedside manner. He acts as if he has little time to talk. He struggles to listen to the patient needs. He quickly wants to diagnosis you with depression and send you out door with unneeded medication which he would found out is not needed if he spent sometime talking with his patient. He is also quick to piont out a patients imperfections and belittle you. He makes it clear you are the problem. The female doctor is a little better with her bedside manner although she quick in and out. I did not feel I was given a opportunity to express my health concers. The nurse practitioner is extremely unfriendly and even less helpful then the doctors.
They doctors do not return phone calls and do not seem to care how the things they do impact their patients. Anytime need speak to the doctor they refuse to talk to over the phone and ask that come in and pay the copayment. I never been so disappointed in a group doctor. I am worried that if something was really wrong with any member of my family they would miss it or they really don't care. I looking for a different doctors office.
