Disorganized. Perpetually late for appointments. Doesn't bill insurance. Afraid of computers and databases. Overdosed me on so many medications that I had to quit my job. Insisted I was lying about hearing voices. I hope that he starts hearing haunting, disturbing, constantly critical voices for the rest of his life and on into eternity for the damage he did to my brain, my career, and my emotions. Don't trust psychiatrists. Research them before you meet them. If you have to take medications, question the doctor's reasoning for the diagnosis and dosage, research the studies on those medications (as well as the studies' sample sizes and who funded the research) and check to see if your doctor accepted money or gifts from pharmaceutical companies.
