Dr. Meals is a great doctor - very skilled. My only complaint is that I left two messages on his answering machine over the weekend - the first one was to cancel my appt., then an hour later when my wrist was aching badly again I called back to say I wanted to keep the appt. I called Monday to make sure they still had me down on the appt. calendar - they had already replaced my spot with another patient! They did not check ALL of the messages before they gave up my spot. I was in a great deal of pain, but the person I spoke to had a very uncaring and "to bad, so sad" attitude and told me they could not fit me in until 3 weeks! My wrist was hurting so bad I went to a different doctor. Dr. Meals - please clean up your office staff!
