Absolutely without a doubt Dr. Ito was the WORST OB I’ve EVER been seen by. First she’s condescending and rude completely dismissive seemed to only be that way with other patients that were not of Asian decent. She seemed Very friendly and smiled with them of course I could not understand what was being said but just by the body language it seemed to be such a present interaction. First and for most I went in to get a PAP and afterwards went to speak with her in her office not sure why but took advantage and asked about some concerns I had. Once She was done she started to walk out of the room so I followed and as I was walking out with her I ask her what I could do to prepare or help my body to start the process to try and conceive. She simply said in such a cold and terrible bed side manner “Nothing” and walked away before I could even respond. I was in shock by her treatment and her lack of empathy towards me. A weeks later I get in the Mail a letter advising about my results seemed normal then 3 that’s right 3 months after she calls to let me know that other test that she had preformed had come back positive. To my shock I requested to know why she waited so long to get back to me and let me know in a VERY cold and inconsiderate tone she said “Oh I’m sorry I Forgot” FORGOT Im sorry but how does a Dr. “forget” to call the patient and give them results 3 months later. When I told her how unacceptable that was she didn’t seemed to care in the slightest what she has done or how upset I was. I immediately told her to send me my records via email and that I would Never for back to her again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE DR!

Dr. Ito is the worst doctor I have encountered ever in my life. She is rude, cuts you off, doesn't listen and does not take accountability for her staff. She lacks empathy and compassion towards first time moms. She is condescending and is just an unhappy person. You can just tell. Her staff reflects her behavior as they are not courteous or polite on the phones. Even though a large number of people complain about her, she still can not wake up and see what other people see about. She is blind to this. She has 2 daughters and I'm surprised if she is married. Who would marry such a horrible person. I'm sure she's divorced.
