The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else
