They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their office was quiet and a clean place. I was able to relax very easily. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was well organized and well taken care of. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. They had a few different appointment times available but were polite.
