They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. All of the risks and benefits of my treatment were explained to me. Lydia Aguilera, MD was very thorough and informative. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
