I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. The office was easy enough to find. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They were friendly and made me feel at home. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
