First, you can never get through to anyone at this office. Every time I call, I get an answering machine. I've left messages and this office never returns my phone calls. I can't understand how anyone can run a doctor's office without answering phone calls from patients and prospective patients.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
