They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
