Crosswalk Consulting Group, LLC is a management consulting firm focused on the assessment, implementation and re-structuring of hospitalist practices. Crosswalk uses proprietary measurement tools, such as the PRISSM Chart and Program Report Cards, as well as specific metrics and industry best practices, to determine the ROI of a given hospitalist practice for our clients. We also develop documentation and practice management strategies for individual practices, and perform system-wide evaluations of hospitalist program performance. Our consultants have 65 years of combined experience as hospitalists and emergency department clinicians, and have served in a variety of medical staff and corporate leadership roles such as department chairs and program directors, Vice Presidents and Regional Directors for small, medium, and large national staffing companies. In addition to MD degrees, each of our principals have advanced degrees in business and life sciences, and significant experience as program operators and implementors of IT and EMR solutions at the level of individual hospitals and health systems.
