BEWARE!! This Doctor has a recent Sanction on his record for committing gross negligence, repeated acts of negligence and was incompetent in his care and treatment of a patient. The physician also failed to maintain adequate and accurate records and excessively prescribed Histussin HC, a Schedule III controlled substance to his patient.
He is now being reported to the HHS Office of Civil Rights, Congress, & Local State Legislature for violating HIPAA Privacy Laws after sharing patient information without Consent, Authorization or a signed HIPAA Agreement from patient. Also for over-perscribing addictive medications which can cause seizers and even DEATH to patients if intake is halted abruptly. Negligently, Dr. Yang still proceeded to dangerously cut patients off from this very medication he overprescribed illegally in the first place, caring less if their health would be in even MORE jeopardy than treatment was continued.
Understandably, maybe he felt his license was in jeopardy. But, unfortunately, it still is. But now, even more so. That's too bad. This Doctor declined requests by the patient to even TALK about resolving the situation at hand. Obviously could CARE LESS about his PATIENTS.
