Their staff is very friendly and professional. I feel like my appointment was pointless. Dr. Bhasker ordered a lot of tests (2 months ago) and never call me back to give me any results. None of my questions have been answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Meanwhile, he asked for a $1500 deposit (I have a PPO) and I am virtually non-existant now. I was told by his claims department not to bother them anymore. I have filed a grievance with my insurance. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If you only need a colonoscopy it will probably be OK to go to him. However, if the rresults are abnormal, you may never know.
