You have to pay for parking at this office. The support staff did not greet me at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. This doctor is fine and so was his nurse but his support staff is terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I was handed a diabetes monitoring machine with no explanation from his appointment person. I tried to ask about the machine and she was unresponsive and dismissive. I was not given an RX for additional supplies. She also forgot to give me a number for a test at another office and I had to turn around after leaving and ask for it. She was never friendly or happy to assist me. Why is St. Jude's support staff so rude and unfriendly.
