They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.
